We are not our past and we are not our failures.

You might be feeling discouraged, hopeless and buried in shame that things aren’t working out, your dreams seem to be disappearing before your eyes.

It is time!

Le’Chelle Johnson is the Executive Pastor and First Lady of Orlando World Outreach Center – a multi- cultural, multi-generational church in Orlando, Florida. A graduate of George Mason University, with a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration and a minor in Business, Le’Chelle is a member of the Executive Team and leads the HR Department.

In addition, Le’Chelle leads Relentless, the women’s ministry at Orlando World Outreach Center. She has national and international experience speaking the Word of God to small and large audiences. Her passion to disciple women and see them healed, made whole, and active in their walk with Jesus is evident in all that she does.

Together with her husband, Pastor Tim, they have 4 children; Christa, Kayla, Karrah, and Shaun.

Mercia Scharneck is a dynamic speaker who loves to share the Word of God.

Bornand raised in Cape Town, thirty-eight years ago she moved from Cape Town to Johannesburg where she met her husband, Mark. He has become a great supporter and ministry partner.

They have been married for thirty-six years and they have two adult daughters.
During her years in Cape Town, Mercia became a rape victim and had an abortion
experience. This resulted in years of shame, self-condemnation and guilt. Her deep encounter with God has brought much freedom and healing into her life. Today she uses the Word of God to empower women and girls with tools to walk in the same freedom she has come to know through her relationship with Jesus Christ.

Over many years, Mercia has run social projects in schools. She has a passion to
serve the poor and those who are in need. In recent years, God has led her to start a healing school and to use social media to minister the Word of God.
